The OSCAL Foundation, a nonprofit organization seeking 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status recognition, has been created to support the OSCAL standard and its ever-growing community of users and developers and support the continued development and adoption of the OSCAL language across various compliance regimes around the world. We’ve been working hard over the last few months building and planning this Foundation with input from both public and private stakeholders and are ready to kick off work.
We will be hosting an OSCAL Foundation Launch Event on Tuesday, Feb. 11. The event will take place from 1-4pm ET at Venable LLP’s Civiletti Center, 600 Massachusetts Avenue NW.
Hear from OSCAL community stakeholders on several panels spanning OSCAL use cases from FedRAMP compliance, International/Global applications, and beyond. Learn more about the Foundation and the work we plan to do over the course of our first year of operation.
Attendance will be free, with light food and drink available for in-person attendees. In-person attendance is preferred but a remote option will be made available closer to the event.
